My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

um im not sure, depends if i can get comfy, and get my headache under control. my brain despite it bein so tired doesnt like to sleep. im at home tonight though so am abit more comfy so im sure thatll help. @Snowie

Today has been a super hard "too much thinking, too much talking" day. Pdoc and psych in one day is not recommended and don't think I could handle it again.

My meds are staying the same for the next two weeks at least. Have to have more blood tests as at the maximum for two different meds so need monitoring.

Am emotionally drained so lots of self care needed to keep those thoughts at bay and stay safe.
