My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

i cant really put it into words @Snowie i guess its just one of those times where its just everything put together dragging me through the floor and no care to fight it off. just keeping safe atm. one specific thought im trying to stay away from but its very loud in my head

@outlander can get overwhelming at times hun, I get that. Also those thoughts are super hard to manage.
Myself not great. Have SH after pdoc appt. Could easily do it again but trying to keep my word.

thanks @Snowie im sitting with the thoughts atm except one im trying to ignore. its worrying me atm but not sure if i can say it. not from you-just worried itll set off one too many alarm bells

your session was frustrating, sometimes we act before we think. hopefully you can keep safe for the rest of the night too

um no plans i was going to do some art but after being told its shite today not feeling it so put it aside. tomorrow might be a different story but not sure.

not alot of plans though. im rather boring.

Yes go tomorrow. Have to gets blood and ecg again so might do that too.
By then my house might need cleaning again ☺😋

Lol im surprised your house isnt messy already with school holidays @Snowie my nice clean house looks like a herd of animals trampled their way through it as soon as pop and his brother come home a few days ago.
Bloods and ecgs are always fun arent they-not
Yeh was one of my best arts yet too. Was the one for mum she likes it af least.
Does the kids have anything planned for these holidays like their friends over or more of a chill holiday this time

@outlander nah it is pretty clean. Hubby is worse than the kids so giggled too myself with the comment about your pop being messy😁
Nothing planned think it will be more chill time.
