Hi anyone reading. I have had a bad few weeks I had thought things were getting better but from out of no where I was back in a major pit of depression and I didn’t want to go on. During the last week I had been very down and nothing seemed to be working on Tuesday morning I had made a plan to end it all. I had planned to have a surf with a friend and I had thought after that I would take myself off and do what I had to. I met up with my friend and had a surf and a chat and a laugh and things didn’t seem so bad any longer. I guess I am just saying I am happy to be here still things still aren’t perfect but I know that they could be worse and I am going to hold onto that for now I hope that this may help someone who reads it Thanks Anr7❤️💕
Glad you found some brighter notes in a very dark time @Ant7
It's the smallest things that seem to mean the most to me.

@Former-Member Hi how are you? Thanks for your support. I am glad I met up with her too. She doesn’t even know the affect her kindness had to her it was just two friends catching up for a surf and a chat. The small things that can change big things ❤️

Re: Maybe it is worth it
I am pretty good at the moment @Ant7. Your story was uplifting and helpful - I thank you. Kindness is so important I believe - people don't realise the healing power of kindness. Just a warm smile can save someone. It's that type of kindness and compassion that has got me through some very dark times in the past. So very pleased that you are okay 😊

@Former-Member I totally agree no one knows what is going on with any one else and just a little kindness can make all the difference ❤️
