anyone here work in a shop?

Not sure if I know anyone on here who works in retail. But can I ask what is you find difficult working in retail?

Perhaps there could be some other connections with people who work in other jobs. For instance, there may be some similarities between people who work in customer service type industries (from sales, to nursing, to hospitality).

I've worked in placed that have had a micromanaging type of style. I found it really wore me down, and I think it can affect people's self-esteem when people treat others like subordinates other than equal human beings. Not nice at all.

Thankfully, I had some amazing workmates to support me and share the load with. How are others in your workplace? Do they have similar experiences to you?

It has a lot of offices all over Australia

I get micromanaged...so I understand what you went through

I reckon I'm used to retail ..been doing this work since 2012

I havent worked in retail for a long time but this is the time of year for .. stories ..and being run off your feet.
