Saw my therapist, all good.

Hi, for those following my insanity...what is wrong with you guys! 😜 Saw my therapist an hour ago, we talked about the phone message. He wrote to me not some stranger-supervisor. He was just giving me the rules of the charity group regarding their volunteers but it was him and it's absolutely private. Phew! We also talked about how breaks are effecting me and he thinks that while I feel ok about them, they do effect me at an unconscious level because he has noticed a worsening of my symptoms around these. We talked about the others and thankfully, they didn't come out. Talked a bit about everything...family, suicide, relationships. It was good. He doesn't hate me and hasn't given up on me and I don't scare him away.

I don't feel suicidal...first time in two weeks. And my sense of hope and the world is ok, nothing has changed. The voices have lessened. I hope it's not just a 24 hour thing.
