@Former-Member I was assaulted in a taxi and a few other times. I currently live in the same suburb as my ex. I have no choice my son needs to finish school in this suburb.
Everytime someone says the words "I would have love to have known you before your trauma" I feel a small part of me die inside.

@Awpgirl I am so so sorry. It must be so hard for you and stressful knowing he is close by. I was assaulted in my ex's car.
Those words would be traumatic in itself. I have had a comment made by one that said i wish i met you years ago i took it in my head as ok because i am so damaged now and got really upset. I think that's also why i am hating myself so much because i remember who i was before i changed into a different person.

@Awpgirl do you mind if i ask if you have police protection? I would be so frightened knowing his so close to you and you're boy. You are a good mum thinking of his needs

I just wanted to say i feel for you and i didn't realise other people had a....locality issue? (I live under a rock. lol) I have a town i severly struggle going to due to a past relationship and a horrible breakup. It is only a tiny backwater town but i have to go there because of family. The idea of going there hurts. Let alone being there. Then leaving hurts even more, can take days to get over it.
Hope your holiday does help Awpgirl 
I don't know about before said trauma, but from what i can see, everyone here has a beautiful soul, and some awesome avatars 
I can honestly say u are all the nicest, friendliest people i have ever had anything to do with. Never change that. Thanks (I have also never said thank you this much in my life)

Sorry if i crashed the conversation. I am actually not too bad, hoping to get some sleep tonight, lol. Not much left of it. That holiday is surely to be good. I had to google 'snow'. Wasn't sure what it was Any other awesome plans whilst there?

I am sorry you feel this way. I am sometimes like that as well around my family. I remember things that hurt me and it eats me up inside for days. Well if you live under a rock most days i live in a prison lol
