Thanks @Bunniekins it is a huge step. Its not a support group just a social group for the communiry and i want to leave my other conditions out of it and just see what happens. Hopefully it goes ok. I am use to being a recluse that it scared the shite of me to go do this.

Mindfulness consists of 2 skills-the what and the how. These are further broken down again and I'm not at home to look at the breakdown. Have you followed the DBT thread at all? And why all of a sudden are you looking at dbt stuff? @outlander

Oh ok. Dbt skills are great, but learning by yourself is pretty challenging. But I've subtly taught or guided through a few skills
