Im glad you have the psych @Former-Member even though its draining you seem to be okish afterwards after getting the stuff you need to off your chest hopefully the session wont be to hard today

Sounds like a day that just got away from you hey! Im hearing you on the weight gain. These meds im on are horrific for weight gain. Im glad your foster sister is giving you guidance as well. Must be so tricky with a housemate but good in some ways too.
Hoping you got some sleep last night esp in the heat!

Theres a group running a 12 week program to get to know people in the area for young people (16-30yr olds) its sounds like such a great opportunity and want to go but...... i cant seem to rinf up and book in. I cant even send a text msg to go
