Re: rough time

@outlanderperhaps you are trying to protecct yourself from what is coming up hun, especially with your pops results. It might be worthwhile mentioning it till your GP tomorrow if you are concerned about it.

I know it is hard, but try not to think too much into it. I haven't had that happen with my nightmares before. They always wake me up so not sure what is happening there.

Re: rough time

Hmm maybe @Former-Member its strange....
I can talk to gp tomorrow and maybe she will have an answer. My nightmares always wake me uo but not rhe past few days. It literally feels like im constant asleep. Im not very alert and zone out quite alot. I often fins im mid conversation wirh someone before i realise ive got no idea what they are talking about. Not sure if thats because i only get talked at and just tuning out or what

Re: rough time

@outlanderat least you know she said yes!!!

The GP might be able to help more than me!

It sounds a bit like dissociating in a way. I dissociate but not in that way.

It could be that you are tuning out too, to unhelpful people

Re: rough time

@outlander - I've been reading back a little. Have you ever dissociated before? What you're describing sounds a little like dissociation. We can control our emotions, in fact we have to sometimes in order to protect ourselves from harm or danger. Depression can also swing on a pendulum from DM feeling everything intensely or nothing at all/numb. Is this is new to you outlander you need to let your GP know. It could put you in really dangerous situations such as when you are driving or even cooking.

Re: rough time

And now its finished @Former-Member they have to put it on earlier!
Thats ok talking helps too to sorr out thoughts.i feel like im constantly doing it. Not onlt to people but ill be watching tv and all of a sudden its finished. Ive had other dissociation types too but these ones aeem to be happening more and more and i dont know why that is. Maybe it is the constnt pressure and mt brain had been fried and trying to repair itself. Who knows...m

Re: rough time

Ive dissociated before yes but usually in an anxious state not in whatever this state is @Sans911
Usually my normal 'numbness' happens im numb on the outside but on the inside i cam still feel everything. I feel real numb now. I am barely in tune with my emotions at all. Usually i would be having panic attacks about now for tomorrow and Thursday but i feel nothing except tired. Like i need to sleep but thats my new normal feeling. Im having naps through the day too and i dont do that. I havent been driving as its happened once or twice when i was driving.

Re: rough time

Definitely bring it up with GP @outlander. It's imperative.
