I'm working in the arvo so I might have a late brunch near work
I'm spending a lot of tim alone lately 😕 but I guess it's better to be out and alone than stuck at home

thanks luv, yes am trying to keep up my self care too 🙂 i went to the carers support group today which was okay. was hoping there would be someone there that is carer for their mum too that i could connect with but most of them were carers for their children, and one cared for his wife. it was still good though. listening to what others go through, and being able to share my story with them.
i understand that feeling luv, you just want to be away from the world and hibernate! but our commitments dont allow us to do that 😞 is there something in particular on your mind that you want to chat about?
ooh you nice and toasty in bed? the weather here isnt too bad tonight but im sure i will end up putting on my electric blanket soon and putting my fan out, facing the curtain of course! haha
have you had any decent nights sleep this week sweets?

@Bella1978 oh thats good about the support group. Yeh i find most of those groups are more like a mothers group but hopefully you still get along with some of them and other aged carers come along too.
Hibernating sounds really good. Its cold and its raining thankfully. Will run to the shops and grab a few things but then i think some new movies are on the cards.
Yeh i had one nights decent sleep the other night. Trying to get 2 in a row is seeming impossible to do. Was up every hr if not half hr last night. Not sure why

yeh i did. watched ice age and diary of a whimpy kid @Bella1978 ended up needing to shop and do a few other things too.
