@outlanderwas nightmares plus a few other things, but don't want to talk about them.
Was going to have a bath before bedtime tonight to try and help.
Am more concerned about you and the lack of sleep atm hun. That cannot be healthy for you hun nor help at all with your mental health

I need to go for a short drive but will be careful just need to go to the shops then to horses to keep kids amused. I can just sit for a while there. Getting hot flushes so the cool air might be good.

Ive got to one stop @Snowie then to horses. Too late to turn back now but maybe was a bad idea. If i can stay there an hr mum could pick them up and take them home and i cam drive back home rather then everywhere else
