hi sweetheart, im so sorry you are struggling atm 😞
i understand the feeling of when you feel everything is just piling on top of you, i really do feel for you. plus your hand being in so much pain is just adding to things and making you less able to do what you need to do.
i agree with @Snowie, if you are in too much pain today make sure you get it looked at. is going to ED an option for you? or an after hours gp clinic? or even a doctor to come out to see you at home?
im sending you lots of love and hugs my dear. i will try and check in during the day to see how you are. im going to see mum in a bit and then going to my friend's house as her son has been depressed lately and apparently he thinks im pretty cool (lol) so maybe the company may help.

Ive got the kids tomorrow as well for a little while prob around 4hrs or so but my day already looks full. Il see how i go but i think itll be aome movies at home and maybe cake decorating or something
