your often in my thought @Former-Member i do know sometimes you get overwhelmed by alot of msgs as well so like to do pop ins when its abit quieter 
the forums are rather big now too, its easy to feel lost esp when going through a hard time and havent got a clue what to say to anyone.
good luck with the appt, its understandable D is nervous, like Snowie said shes lucky to have you
yeh days busy but cant find the motivation to get up and move yet either. take care of yourself too
thanks @Snowie its suppose to be 32 here today so abit hot esp with no breeze at the moment. i thought we were suppose to be getting into the cooler months but its still getting hot.
will try to do some self care today. i know youve got a few things to do today too, hopefully you can fit some time to yourself in as well

I was similar in a way, body decided to wake up at 5 am when I didn't get to bed till 12..
Then I make a coffee and pour off milk into it haha.

@outlanderonly bloods and ECG today, couldn't get into GP so scheduled it for tomorrow morning.
That is super hot. Think after 3 days of dancing, we might stick close to home today.

@outlanderyes been watching BBT as always. Still hoping to get to see psych next week but just a waiting game at this stage. Watched a few episodes of The Young Sheldon this morning. Liking that show too!!

ive been wanting to watch that but havent even though to put it on. cant even remember what time or channel or day its on either. i watched some of one episode but was nearly finished. looks good though, seems like they hit the nail on the head with a younger sheldon @Snowie
fingers crossed you get a phone call from psych in the next day or so for an appt

its at 140 so need to leave at 20 past to get there @Snowie im thinking about leaving the horses till later. its quite warm and i cant be bothered dealing with them with one hand atm.hoping pain releif kicks in soon to help a few things out. might put on bbt while its quiet and have abit of time to myself
