Did they use the surrounding fingers to splint the break. @outlanderYou will have to be careful not to bang your hand or use it too much. If she is not sure of the wrist maybe that should be splinted as well ...
At least they are trying to get to the bottom of it ...

no they just splited the one finger @Appleblossom the others arent broken just bruised and a few ligaments done. theres nothing broken in my wrist, its just weak so suspected maybe a few ligaments done in there as well as its too weak to be a mild sprain.
so atm its just keep this finger splinted, check on it with another xray in another 3 weeks to see the progress.
its rather sore and feels like its burning. i guess thats cause its properly straightened now. she said to keep it rested as much as possible and dont bang it around.

@Bella1978i was rather a mess earlier but thanks to my loveley supports here earlier i managed to get through that thankfully!
She said ive broke my finger from the tip (very top of finger including under my nail) to the second joint. So its stabilised atm for 3 weeks thrn another xray then possible another 3 weeks and keep doing that till both joints and break heals. She said probably done some ligament damage as it involves the joint as well as 2 bruised finger bones either side of the main finger and because of my wrist she suspects there as well
im going abit better now besides my finger being sore and the tapes making me abit itchy (but its like an internal itch is rather strange) . at 4 oclock gotta go do sisters, take the little one to a riding lesson, pick up mums bf, take them home come home and do dinner and hopefully get some rest.
