me very full *pats me belly* :))
i love burning candles - i find the scents very calming, and listening to music very calming too. good girl for resting - its about 10.30 over there isnt it? it is 8.30 here. im reading up on uti's and how to prevent them. but yeah, im just relaxing in bed too.
do you have much planned for tomorrow ? i have my counselling appt at carers wa in the morning. i may have a day off from visiting mum. have been up and down from the hospital and clinic since last monday . mum also gave me her washing so must get that done for her - she's expecting clean clothes on wednesday haha

it is awesome when you find something that works for you ... certain smells conjure up so many different feelings for us, don't they? my mum used to wear a certain perfume when i was younger - whenever i smell it, it takes me back to my childhood. im happy that you have something that helps you to relax.
if also find when i get worked up, or anxious, and i go for a good walk and work up a sweat (like i did this morning) it tends to calm me down. its trying different things and seeing what works for us.
yup, mum drinks lots of water and wipes front to back. i found some other handy tips and have printed them out.
ooh what is the social group for? i want to start going to support groups for carers. yes, i will give mama a rest from me - she seen my ugly mug every day for the past week haha

yeah, walking can be a bit boring on our own. do you enjoy jogging? also, i bring some music with me when i go walking. sometimes i just like to stay quiet and think about things, clear my head, etc
im sorry to hear that the social group is unwelcoming. its hard sometimes as there is such a mixture of different personalities. good on you for sticking at it. and it would be hard for you if everyone is older than you. i went to a carers lunch thing one day and didn't connect with anyone, they were older and tended to socilise amongst themselves. it's hit and miss with support groups, or any other meet up type thing.
sweetheart, i may turn in for the night. starting to get a bit sleepy - old age catching up with me plus i have a very full belly haha
