hi Everyone
yesterday didnt go that well at the bbq. thankfully it wasnt my mother that caused it. it was another family member- someone closer to me and they called me a 'thing' pointing their finger at me- 'that thing over there did that' said with an attitude so that one hurt quite alot and no one said anything to them about it. then they were talking about a family members accident and his symptoms of ptsd and how his wife is so caring and lovely and supporting them so well, offerring them someone to talk to and helping them but mostly they were accepting and supportive of them but when i meantion it well i dont get that reaction at all- the opposite. my pop also made out i was a bad carer complaining about everything and anything he could to anyone even though it doesnt matter what i do he doesnt listen to me and makes all these excuses and everyone was questioning me about it. i looked like a total fool today in front of so many people and had to defend myself and tried explaining what was happening. i fell short and they stopped talking to me. they dont get it anyway. i just sat there for hrs or done the running around for others. in a way grateful to get out of the house.
my great grandmother also passed away on friday night.not alot know atm but ive been trying to support those who know now the best i can esp pop as itll hit him harder as he is showing it already. i just told my middle sister about it and mum will tell the little one later this arvo other things. iits a little easier to handle tas we were prepared. she was unwell for quite a while in a nursing home.
i need to talk to my gp about pain meds. they are barely touching the pain ive been in and constant heat packs in 44 deg heat isnt fun at all. ive been taking so mnay its starting to make me feel rather sick in the stomach and woke up wth horrific stomach pains this morning.
i also read my physio reports etc and done some research. all these things sound scary and hope to god they dont get too much. so far i can understand 3 of them so far- slipped disk- disk degeneration in 3 parts and also a rotation and curving of my spine with 2 different names.
today all ive heard is the young sister complaining to me, and is a constant droan atm. and had an argument with my middle sister this morning- shes really disrespectful towards me but at least thats worked out now.
so yesterday was quite rough , and today hasnt been easy either.
so yeh thats me except for the chest pain im experiencing atm

@outlander do you have chest pain do you think from anxiety or are there other symptoms like dizziness, naseaua, radiation of the pain? If it is the second, you should be calling an ambulance. No ifs, no butts.

@Sans911i had it last night. its been on and off usally comes around when im anxious and then it settles again. i feel sick in my stomach but that hasnt changed and the dissiness is from my neck pain atm. the only thing different is the pinching i feel in the centre of my chest.

although I know what you might say, I still think it might be worthwhile going to hospital @outlander
