Woken up full of detoxy symptoms @Sans911 .... yuck ... but it means my body is unpacking more of it’s stored junk .... so that’s a win anyway .....

@outlander - I wish it would rain here. It was so hit3yesterday. Up to 32degrees. Suppose to be the same today. I'm walking in about an hour. Then I'm helping someone from the group fix their tablet. I could easily go back to sleep right now.

Its suppose to rain all week here ans clearing up on friday @Sans911 is rather the rain the heat or more so the humidity.
You walk really early its like 6am meaning u walk at 7!

@outlander - yes I start the walk around 6:45. By the time we are done it's about 7:30 and warming up quite quickly. So best done early. Supposed to be 34 today. It's 20 degrees right now. It was a very warm night. I've been awake on & off since just after 4. A lot of the big jumbo airplanes are taking off right now. The make the ground shake a little sometimes. Ice fed the cats and had a coffee.

They would be good to watch the planes i mean but why that early. Do you cats get scared?

I am struggling with some bad thoughts and bad ways to cope @Sans911 ive been keeping myself away from everything and just as i think i can cope another trigger or the same trigger pops up. Im struggling with them
