Our minds and bodies are their own worst enemies i think @Former-Member i have been in bed for hrs doing relaxation things but ita not helping tonight. I have sleepers but its not worth the nightmares so dont take them . Its driving me crazy. I can understand how hard it is for you too esp with littlies as well. Very draining.

I am okish, just really stressed i guess, always trying to do too much and life asks for even more!...
about to turn off my screens and try to start winding down for bed. Have to be up early for work tomorrow and kids will be up earlier of course!

At the moment,having coffee,the med I took which was only half leaves me a bit dopey ,but might be crashing from the bout of high anxiety.How about you?

@Former-Member Am going out later but the house looks like a disaster hit it so I will have to tidy it up first. My furry friend is like a tornado lol!

have to do housework too,did a bit before I housecleaned yesterday but being on the run with anxiety yesterday I'm behind @Bunniekins.lol just had to edit one mistake was "rum",instead of "run"

It was a really rough night. Didnt go to sleep till 4am then at 6 woke up in a sweat and panic over nothing. Then ended up going back to sleep at 7ish and then mums bf stopped in with the little one before school and literally gave me a heart attack and have been up since.

@Sans911 im hoping your ok.... abit worried about how quiet you are but understandable considering the days youve been having 💜
