Keep having nightmares @Pepsimax when i wake up they stop but when i fall back asleep a nee one starts

I hope the day is kind to you @outlander and sorry you didnt get much more sleep. Im a bit bleh from medication they gave me but my tummy is quiet upset an uncomfortable from stress. I might try get to the shops early while still effected by meds so not as full on guess depends if i get some sleep or not. I hope the day is kind to you and you manage some rest ❤💖

Thanks @outlander i hope so as well gets quiet painful, but im sure the most it will last is a few hours. I shall try take it easy and get some sleep. Have you got much planned for your monday?? Still gonna do a shop trip just depends if i get to sleep now or later or at all i guess!!
