@outlander - you don't need to figure things out. It's much too complicated when you are sleep deprived. Just focus on doing the best you can for this moment and hopefully things will end up straightening themselves out.

@Former-Member - I've taken some anti-anxiety meds. Sometimes they help to relax me enough to sleep. I'm really tired, but not sleepy. My shoulder is really hurting but I've already taken strong pain medication so I can't have anything else for a couple more hours. So I won't sleep well if I'm uncomfortable. I've been quite distressed this afternoon; everything is so difficult. But I'm trying really hard to stay safe.

@Sans911I know you are trying really hard to stay alive, and are showing a lot of strength. You may not think it but you are. Hopefully the meds will kick in but I know that feeling of tired but not sleepy. I will be on here for awhile yet if you need to talk or just sit

@Former-Member thank you my angel. My strength right now comes from the love and kindness of others, and their faith in me. As much as I dislike hospital, I'm staying here until I can feel safer and more stable. I'd much rather be at home, but my house mate has had her fair share of police, ambulances and worrying every time I go out the door if I'm going to return. So if it takes a month or more, so be it. I owe it to everyone and mostly I owe it to me. My antidepressants are being increased rapidly while I'm here. I'm not in my usual hospital, and the docs here are astounded I've been on such a low dose for so long. So hopefully that will help too.

@Sans911I am sorry you had to go through what you did, but I am glad that some changes are happening for you. Hopefully you can get the care you have deserved to have for so long now
