@outlander Yes today came out of the blue ... like Bam! I am so sorry you feel like crap. That the course is not turning out the way you thought it would that is super disappointing. You have your medical examinations tomorrow yes? needles? I will be thinking of you. Sounds miserable ...

tomorrow is the psychologist appointment @Bunniekins@Sans911 with the new psych. today i was suppose to do the tests but i dont feel like being a pin cushion today so didnt go. its a walk in so doesnt matter all that much. last time they took 6/7 tubes worth. im starting to think these meds arent worth it. this is a monthly occurance and its only been 2 months going on the three and they seem to take that much each time for LFTs which is ridiculous. dont know how much itll be this time to test for h.pylori on top of LFTs
i dont want to go tomorrow, i know i have to but i am really just over it and tired. everything just seems to be overwhelming and i just dont know what to do. i already had a panic attack earlier on today after an argument with someone.

@outlander Hmmm ... I wouldn't want to be a pin cushion either ... but as you said it has to be done. Hopefully they are gentle with you. I hope the psychologist works out for you. That is a biggie. You must be a bit nervous as he/she is new ... good luck will be thinking of you.
Have to get son into the shower will be back soon.

hopefully it goes ok @Sans911 and right now i dont think im doing well at all. i cant wait for the kids to go home so i can have a shower and watch mafs and then maybe an early bed. its going on 3 days straight of no sleep which i know isnt helping. the only way ive found that helps with reducing panic attacks are meds. i hate the ones i have now its all internal and drives me crazy i cant release it unlike the ones where i can move around but icant with these ones.
@Bunniekinsi have a fear of needles yet im forever getting them. the ones i go to are pretty gentle which is good but they have to take quite alot out and what should be 10 minutes takes me an hr as i get to the point of passing out and thats even before they start. thats as soon as i know im going there.
