Sorry @outlander ,if I upset you,even if you do complain they get away with that conduct that is what has tormented me past two years.
It does worry me but guys ,I read on Google dr surgeries keep your medical records for seven years?My my nurse was in a medical practice I no longer go to.If I got help again I would demand they read what they have wrote about me as I think you have that right to be involved.

@outlander - do you remember the 'urge surfing' to I taught you. So focusing your mind on watching leaves (your thoughts) on a river. Or if you're feeling irritated, the crashing waves can be emotions of anger, dissapointment, disgust, judgement, inequality. So as each leaf or wave passes, watch that emotion go past. Don't judge it, just observe it. Try to keep your breathing even and calm.

Havent upset me @Former-Member ❤ im abit worried to read anything else they wouldve said but i will be very mindful of what i say from now on. It defeats the purpose really but i would rather that then them twist my words.

@outlander,wouldn't matter what you said or didnt say.At the end of the day,they are too busy with their ego's and bank account. Just get your meds,as you said.As I said I have trauma from the counseling experience. Like when the police came to my door that day,no need to repeat personal information including my cats.. After four years with this mh nurse it was cruel.There is no need for it.We want help,all we get is humiliation.
