Thanks, @Former-Member ! I've almost read my way through the whole Blue Knot website - devoured it, really. I realise that I must have had a lot of healing already, to be able to read it all without being overly triggered. You never heal totally from it though, I don't think that's possible. I've learnt a lot this afternoon and felt validated as well.

And I really appreciate knowing that if my mental health slips, I can come here for support.

I was looking for a song, an up beat one to lift our moods but of course being in a pretty low mood it didn't happen. But I found one that I think expresses the stress we have about our friendship.
