As a kid I had "nightmares" and end up in my sister's bed, as a teenager I was so drunk every night that I didn't even know if I had dreamt. With you exh1 I learnt not to make a sound if they woke me up because it wasn't worth the aftermath, and finally with exh2 after about 12 months I stopped having them regularly. My psychologist told me it was because I felt protected and well he is gone and there is no one here to protect me and I am trying hard to learn to believe that I am safe but it not working
