Ok, please take it as easy as you can then today. I have just made my first cuppa for the day and will require at least two more before I decide what I am doing today. Unfortunately I am not sure I can discuss part of the foreign emotions here because of the guidelines. My body is definitely worse for wear after last night. It's hard to explain really we have a warped sense/idea of pleasure/pain, that my childhood events created so for the most part this morning I ache from head to toe but there is a small portion that is like "ohh that's nice". We are getting into the darker parts of me and that generally doesn't doesn't end well for Nikki and Bear.

Oh sweetie I think you had a harder night then you let on last night. I'm so sorry to hear that and I'm sorry I couldn't be there by your side to help you. It's very frustrating knowing when you are in that state my hands are tied and I don't know what's happening. I can't help. Please be kind to yourself today. Know that you are loved by me and I am here the very best way I can be.

The thing is Lee, is you may not be here physically but please never underestimate what you being Izzy/Nikki's friend does. You have no idea of how last night could have gone if we didn't have you to talk too. Things are happening for us that hasn't happened before and with exh2 gone we have no one physically here to help us, we have no one we could trust to be this open with just to talk through it. Please never feel like you haven't or don't make a huge difference, because my friend you do. @Lee82

That is very comforting to know that I can help in some way. However it doesn't stop me wishing I could do more.
