It's not your fault my love, I don't think we have ever won that fight. We try but the only thing we could control when we where younger was how clean we where after abuse. Unfortunately there is never a safe or painless why get that clean feeling.

I unfortunately know that feeling all to well. I did the same thing when I was younger especially after each assault . I also use to wash my hands everyday like 50 times a day to the point they would bleed and be red raw. I am feeling your pain.
I'm doing as well as I can be.
sweetie I know it's hard but some worry about me right now. I can tell you that I am safe right now.

Today has been a very heavy day for you and I know things seem like they will never get better but you have to believe there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Think of your children sweets. Think of all the good you still can do. Think of me. I won't handle it.
i know that sounds selfish but I don't care. You can beat this. You are a fighter. You have come so far don't stop now. We still need to have that walk on the beach talking shit.
Think of your beautiful granddaughter and what you still have to show her. All the love you have to give her.
I know you can do it babe. I know you can. We just need to get through the night and then tomorrow is another day. Today was a bad day but tomorrow will be better.
