Sweetie you didn't upset, it doesn't take make to make me cry these days. The whole mess I find myself is made that much more difficult because she is not physically here with me anymore. When exh2 moved out she would have moved in and she would have made it a lot easier by not letting me fall so far without getting help, she would have held me at night when I was scared, she would have woke me from my nightmares and when she felt I was being stupid she would have told me and refuse to accept that kind of behaviour from me. I miss her always and everyday, I have learnt to hold that in the back of my mind but on days like today all the emotional pain of losing her comes back.

But babe, you are. So you aren't here physically either but you are there in every other way. I kept asking you to stay with me last night because I was scared and you did. Your words give me enormous comfort and the fact you stayed with me is also... well beyond words. To be honest our friendship scares me a little because I have only ever had that once before and the connection I feel I have with you is no less then the connection I had with her. But she is not here anymore and some nights I am terrified that you may not make it through the night and it will all be gone. @Lee82
