@Lee82, we both know that is a hard promise to make. I believe in not making a promise you can't keep as when you break them you lose or start to lose the trust the other has placed in you.

What I can promise though, I will be aware of my thoughts, I will try some meditation if I start to feeling unsafe, I will reach out to my Counsellor and finally I promise to be honest with you later about how my day was.
