I'm still alive @outlander,(good or bad?) bit better than yesterday,didn't talk to anyone besides my cats yesterday,ignored my mother due to the depression and didn't want to be on here even because of my feelings of exclusion and defeatness and shutting down.
Didn't walk yesterday and was going today but tired ...worried as well I will see someone who will distress me.Did go houseclean a house today but inside I feel like the light is out.Thanks @outlander
