Hi please make sure you use the strategies you have like grounding and breathing and call your supports or lifeline if you feel things escalate

Awesome I am glad they loaded and I do actually like my hair.
Not sure doctor literally wants to take it one day at a time. He has told me if I can't cope then to just leave and go back the next and so on.
can I ask that you check in often please, this is as much about me as it for you. I am
allowed regular breaks where I can check in so if your not too busy with the boys or other stuff knowing that you are ok and that your there for me to talk to if needed would be very helpful. It's going to be strange going back. My anxiety is high as motivation low, can't slow my breathing, deep breathes just are working. My bloody hands are shaking so much it's hard to hold my phone and type. Sorry sweetie you don't need this. 💜

Hi it was in response to a post that was flagged earlier by previous moderator about having severe panic attacks and not coping, must be lost in another thread. apologies for concerning you and glad everyone is ok

That's a good strategy. There is no pressure for you to stay. If it get too much just leave and try again the next day. Baby steps. Anything is a step forward in progress. Don't you have an appointment with your councellor tomorrow?
It is totally normal to feel nervous going back to work after so long. Not knowing what to expect.
keep trying to breath I know it probably doesn't feel like it's working but I reckon it will be doing more good than anything else.
I promise I will check in Through out the day tomorrow. I will be there if you need support. ❤️

Oh babe....I know your concerned about me but tomorrow is a big deal for you and I think the focus should be on that. You probably should get some rest hunny. I would hate for you to be tried tomorrow for your first day because of me. @Former-Member
