Not a lot today, it's been a interesting day mentally for me. I am sorry to say all the progress made with Izzy's counsellor amd the major breakthrough that happened about a month ago seems to have been lost and major steps backwards have happened with her DID.

we are not doing anything. The boys are playing just dance on the wii and I am watching them.

Izzy's kids use to love their Wii, it was great fun and it was alway the first thing they wanted to do with us on family days.
I could have connected with her today but choose not to since it's Easter Sunday. She is going to be annoyed at me for that. But I put her family time before my need to talk to her. I will email her later just letting her know what is happening and that way it can be her choice to connect tomorrow or not. Otherwise we have a Zoom session with her on Tuesday.

The boys love it. We usually play guitar hero together as a family.

@Lee82 , I will admit that I am not feeling safe at the moment and that is unusual for me. Izzy and her other aspects are the "weaker" ones and fall to the SH monster regularly in which I always pick up the pieces. Not good. Let me know when your boys are in bed and if you are up to it maybe we can chat then. Nikki
