@outlanderno bbt at the moment but can certainly watch an episode with you. Am watching Animal Cops at the moment. It is set in America but a bit like the RSPCA here that go in and resuce animals, get them better and adopt them out. Works well as a distraction.
I so wish sometimes we could have a break from our minds. Would be so much easier to deal with everything.

I watched a few of those but i find it can be triggerring and breaks my heart ao dont watch it anymore. If it was a storyline of all fake then i could like i can watch greys anatomy but cant watch 24hrs in emergency. The real stuff hits deep.

Ok @outlander can watch BBT anytime. It is just on in the background anyway.
These sort of shows don't trigger me but other shows will even if they are not real. Guess it is true that different things trigger different people!

I dont watch alot of things as they trigger me thats the same reason i cant listen to the radio @Former-Member its always unexpected but some are obvious so avoid them
