Hoping she doesn't brush it off for your sake @outlander .
Have to be up early in the morning for my pdoc appointment. Hopefully the roads are a bit quieter with less people going to work.
Have been struggling today but session with psych helped a bit. Gave me lots to look at which can be good but bad also.
Cooking tea atm, Lamb and Veggies!

Its been pretty quiet here @Snowie but the roads still seem to get congested quite quickly esp with all the road works happening everywhere here
Im glad your psych session was helpful today even if it gives you some things to think of. Hopefully more good then bad though

Tea cooked and eaten, just the washing up to be done, but that can wait a bit.
My psych gives me lots to think about @outlander
I am trying to write things down for her too, which is new for me, I am not much of a writer. Hoping it helps, will see how it goes.
It was wierd doing it over the phone, I would much rather in person.
Nothing wrong with vegies and nuggets, especially if it is something everyone will eat.
