Sorry @Sans911 I drifted off and then was up again after 3 hours but stayed in bed. damn headaches are really flared up after yesterday and felt quite sick and very shaky as well, the headaches just lingering again now but hopefully will settle in another day or 2. think I jinxed myself by telling the chiro I hadn't had a migraine for a few days 😣
im hearing you on the rubbish eating. scattered meals if at all or not bothering to actually cook something decent. ill have to start doing that though cause I have pop to think of as well.
Hoping that with the SW itll help get you back on the right track a little.
Well done on getting so much done last night! im hoping that you've been able to manage some sleep. Will be sitting with you today. 💜💜💜💜💜
