Re: rough time
I dont know what else might help now @Sans911 i feel like im just exhausting more options, more people and just going in circles.
Im struggling alot with pain physically still and the gp doesnt give 2 hoots so its just making me more worried. So many pressures and expectations from everyone and if i dont live up to it everyone seems angry at me. This time of yr is just tough with aniversaries too but i have to be ok. I dont have much other choice but i dont feel that ok. I dont really want to go into everything now though.. Atm i wish i could just fall asleep and not wake up but that wont happen.

Re: rough time
You're in such a difficult situation @outlander, and while I don't have the answers, you have my unconditional love and support.
While you might need to be OK in front of people in your rl, here you've no need to be so strong and hide behind that wall. And even if you can only spare a few minutes of private time, let the tears flow or throw socks at the wall. Sometimes for me the best time to cry is in a shower.
And can your GP refer to a pain clinic of a major hospital? It might help.
I'm hearing your frustrations hun, and your sense of hopelessness. Hang in there sweetie, it won't be like this forever.

Re: rough time
Thanks @Sans911💜
My gp wont even run scans to find out what might be wrong. Ive asked twice and she wont. The only reason i found out abit of where the pains coming from and thats because my chiro ordered xrays herself. Its making everything so hard and since chiro its made it worse. Everything ia so fatigued i can barely even write study notes for more then 5 minutes, cant stand for long but cant sit for long either. Even at the horses i could lift whole bales now i struggle to carry a bucket.
I can feel those tears building up but they dont come out, i just get lots of pressure. I cant have long showers cause pop often needs to go and i get extremely itchy and come up with red marks so my showers dont last long.
Im suppose to be going to the dentist on monday but it involves a 2 hr train ride there and back. On a good day a train makes my head feel pressurised let alone the way things are now. I dont really know what to do. I cant keep rescheduling but i dont want to go.

Re: rough time
Just better to get it over and done with @outlander💜💜💜
If no tears in the shower than just sit in the bathroom for 5. Try to get some deep breathing in.
