im quite sore and feeling nauseous @Snowie I had a rather big chiro adjustment today though so im fairly sure that's whats caused it and ill be alright in another day or 2 when things settle down again.
We have discovered 3 things on my xrays so was quite a big session (this was after my gp said there was nothing wrong!)

Hi @Former-Member glad to see you involved in the forums. I hope it is helping you.
@outlanderhopinh the chiro session helps in a few days when things settle down a bit. Would a nice hot bath/shower help at all?
Glad the chiro was on top of the x-rays.

will keep an eye out for you @Snowie a few of my tags seem to be either lagging or not coming through tonight!
Ill have a shower soon but the other day some results come back when I seen that other gp. I couldn't mention it before cause I spoke to mum and her partner about it but I have allergic reactions to water (of any kind) so I cant have long showers. ive got a heatpack but I cant twist around that far atm. ive taken some pain relief and will have a shower soon though and maybe jump into bed to rest a little.

@outlanderhoping the meds and shower help you a bit. I know you are in constant pain and it is rough to deal with.
