Wasn't going to come on tonight @outlander,bit like @Sans911 or a lot like putting a time limit on my life tonight on my walk due to the way I know I am.
Seen a old neighbour, the one I posted last year I seen who was driving drunk last year and wholesale house burnt down.
He pulled up to talk and he is sober, which I am happy for,and saying and talking about the new house he is getting built, and was driving a newly purchased vehicle. While I'm happy for him,as stated on here it triggers me, because I know after too prolonged time....I'm not in a good place. He started questioning me walking out there and I said if one more person ask that I will scream .!That was a trigger as well.I started crying and had to say I had to go,I felt humiliated for crying and know he will go away talking about me.
Don't know.

Ouch @Sans911
Alas - as we get older our shoulder tendon become tragile and tear easily and it has happened to me and I know it's painful
Those injections are usually done under ultrasound guidance now and yep - can hurt and I hope you recover quickly
It's important to avoid frozen shoulders if you can - which means the right exercises - what a bore eh!! -
I will be thinking of you having that done - I had one into my hip last week and it worked within 24 hours and I was told that it would be longer - I hope you get good relief

I totally understand @Sans911
My joints are full of osteo-arthritis too and I find exercises hard work now myself though I enjoyed it when I was younger
I used to swim long distances but the car accident I had in 1986 really damaged my shoulder and I have't got back into at all - I miss it but not the chlorine
Still with what I do I have managed to avoid a frozen shoulder - but I get what you are saying about it
Ouch - totally get it
