Just driving back to the city/home tommorow @outlander. Not so much in a rush now as my afternoon meeting has been moved to the next week. I'll take my sister to the beach when she gets here. My foster sister will come home from work for lunch & we'll leave after she goes back to work.

Hope todays GP apt goes well @outlander and something can be resolved about all that pain you are in. Take care in floodwaters. We have similar here after more than 300mms in last 4 days. V e r y wet.

Tried talking to her about both issues and she disnt really want to hear it. Had her back turned to me the entire time and even signed a few papers from the nurse.
headaches plus other symptoms relating to that including fatigue etc- go see an osteo even though i do stretches every day take pain killers and already do muscle therapy around once a month. Nope ' go see osteo thats all i can do for you"
Tried to talk about the new implant and i get 'im not sure'
Wrote my script out that i needed refilling asked if i needed to see the nurse (the one that got cancelled on their behalf today) and i said yes, brought up the schedule and then closed and said ill let you deal with that. Walked over and opens the door- ill see you next time.
its clear that im in the to hard basket for so many. i dont blame them.
