It's a lot to try and juggle @outlander . I think with your pop all you can do is to try and not get upset about what he might say and do. You do an amazing job taking care of him on top of everything else that you do. Maybe see if your mum or another family member can take care of him for a day and give yourself some respite at some point?
It's hard to keep cars going at the best of times, sometimes it gets to the point where it doesn't make sense to keep on doing it. Try and stay positive with the GP and pdoc, in theory they are there to help you. I hope your finances improve soon, it can be so challenging to make ends meet.
Hang in there ![]()

It must be so hard with your pop @outlander . I would try and stick to the same one or two standard answers if you can. A day isn't much relief, but, it might free you up to tackle some other things if need be.
I know the car must be a necessity, it is for Me as well. Unless you live in the city, its pretty much how it is. Maybe try putting something on Facebook and see if anyone can help with it. A lot of people are pretty handy with cars and often happy to help for a much lower price than some mechanics. It all depends on what the issues are. Its just a thought.
I hear you and understand a little about how you feel with the doctors and meds. Try not to let it get you down. Take your time answering there questions to minimise more meds or hospital stays. You will get through it okay.
At least people here can listen and support you with some things. 🙂
Try and eat well, get out for a walk and some sunshine if you can. Time for U is just as important as everything else.

Thanks @Gazza75 🖤 ill just have to take it one step at a time huh. Hopefully things will get better at some point and i can get repairs done soon.
Thanks for sitting with me, 💜im sorry i didn't come back sooner @Sans911 @Snowie
The dr wasnt to helpful though they did give me something for reflux and nausea but not pain, they dont carry pain meds or something now. The language barrier made it abit tricky. They had a feel around but didnt say much just frowned in certain spots ( i dont like when people frown during an exaination but dont say anything esp when they are the spots that are parricularly ouchy 🤦♀️) they said to speak to my gp for further investigations as it could be a range of things, take pain meds as needed and just keep an eye on temp since i had a fever as well. If i get worse then i should head to the ED.
Thankfully have managed some sleep but back up again now so just playing a phone game, took meds and will hopefully be able to sleep more.
Im dealing with pain right through my pelvis and lower back and now my headaches and teeth,/jaw/neck pain is flaring up again. Its not making me feel to good. Will ring my drs tomorrow and see when i can get in there hopefully not to long if not i might go see the other gp who was quite good when i had the rupture happen.
