rough time

A few dramas this morning held me up but all is ok now. I got everything on the list checked off besides mowing the backyard.

I didn't have to go to pre-admission at the hospital but i filled in a heap of papers and spoke more this evening to get confirmed times etc. Not having to go was both good and bad but im here settling in a hotel now

. Im really glad i made the decision to book 2 rooms. The rooms are next to each other but i still have my space and privacy as well.
There was one hiccup that made me abit upset but its been sorted now. It was starting to look like i wasnt going to be able to be dropped off or i was going to be dropped off 2 hours early because mums bf wanted to go to the city earlier, im also wont be getting picked up till they are good and ready either. Brings up a few emotions but id rather try and focus on the positives instead.
I really want them out now and can def see short term pain for a long term gain.

Im watching bride and predjudice with a cup of tea anf then heading for a shower. Im not allowed anything after 10pm and then only a small amount of water about 7am but nothing after that. Ill have another tea after my shower and thatll tide me over 🙂
The nerves are starting to set in now though and i forgot how big the hospital actually is so its abit overwhelming too

I did however bring my crochet bracelet that i made that represents my forum friends and that helped me get through todays events and the 2 hr drive here.


How is everyone? I know its tough for you guys too. Never far from my thoughts.

My younger sister does a bit of crochet. I sometimes think you would get along well lol.
I do hope you get some good rest and also enjoy the peace of your hotel room. That's always nice. When I travelled last year it was one of the best bits. A slice of peace from the noise.

Remember lil Sis @outlander - you are stronger than you realise. You can't control other people & it's a shame their acting selfishly but don't let that trouble you. Keep that focus on the positive things. If you get stuck where to go in the hospital just ask anyone in uniform or at reception. Give yourself time to get there without having to rush. You'll be just fine, I know you will. I'll be thinking of you 💙 💙 💙 💙 💙

Thanks sis @Sans911 its calmed down here now and tensions not so high so its abit better besides managing my own nerves. They are creeping up quite alot now but the nights going abit quicker then expected at least.
I have to sign in with reception so theyll tell me where to go.
Just about to make my final tea for the night/morning. Care to join me for a hot drink?

@Sans911 i was told im not allowed to being valuables but i need to take my phone and well all my details so my wallet. Do you think they might put them somewhere safe?

Yeah there rarely is good stuff on TV nowadays.
