im heading to bed soon too, wont sleep but its better then sitting on the couch.
its ok my injury is at the level where it wont et any better now, its just management as needed and just having to be mindful of it. I can still carry a few bales of hay on a good day so I cant complain to much

I always forget about the heat pack, which is right next to me. Thanks for reminding me. I'm in bed now and can't be bothered getting up again. I've taken my last pain medication for the night so hopefully it might settle soon. We've had some very warm days here, so the nights are quite reasonable.

It was 30 here today but the next few days are raining @Sans911 and back to being low 20s or colder.
I hope the pain meds help enough to help you feel abit more comfy and able to sleep. Maybe you could get a few instant heatpacks so you dont havr to get up once your in bed?
