I would suggest a warm milk, but then this doesn't work for everyone. It's a bit weird too lol. What's got your anxious? Or is just the general anxiety related to MH ?

An upcoming surgury being moved to next month so now only have a few weeks to sort things out esp working out finances is whats causing my anxiety atm @MDT
I have chronic insomnia so no sleep is normal for me. Even medications for sleep dont really work either.
