Oh dear @outlander what an awful start to your day. And so much of it all just not fair. Blow your sister's opinion of your hair. You be the self you choose to be! I send strong hopes that your day improves, your pop settles down, and you get some action from housing re the antenna. TV reception might shut him up a bit!
You definitely deserve some gratitude from the lot of them - so here's some from me. Thankyou for you steadfast presence on the forums. Despite what's going on for you off-line you always manage to support so many others. Take care and sending love, xx

i thought today might have been better considering i actually had some sleep but obviously not. to make it worse im getting bad cramps again, my monthlies are due but i never know when they will arrive as i get cramping at all different time whether i have them or not.
my moods has dropped right through the floor, i have paperwork to do and phone calls to make but i honestly cant be bothered doing it atm.
yes tv reception would help, my mother was suppose to ring for me yesterday as it was her day off and i didn't have much of a chance to even breathe yesterday but no apparently that didn't happen so its made it one more thing for me to have to do today.
Pops outside atm and ill send him to get a haircut later today so itll occupy him for abit and then i have the kids after school till 730.
Thank you @eth , i like being here helping and connecting with you and my friends here, helps to make me feel like im not all that worthless and burden.

@outlander you honestly don't have to apologize for sharing. We all have better and worse days and several of us are here supporting you even when we're not on-line. Unfortunately I have to go get ready to go out soon but should be back late this afternoon.
Maybe make a list of the pending jobs and phone calls and then prioritize them and just do the ones that absolutely have to be done today. Each little thing you do will give you more impetus to do the next and you will feel better for having got them done. But just the minimum necessary today. Be as gentle with yourself as you can. Do you have a heatpack you can use for your cramps?
Take care, xx

@outlander That’s one very rough day. No apologies needed, ever. I hope there is something you can do for you, specially for you. Dropping off a coffee, if you drink coffee that is, lots of these, 💜💕💜💕
