I've had a very busy, long day so quite exhausted about now. I won't be awake much longer.
I saw my psychologist today. We had some interesting discussions about a few things.
And I've done two walks well. My own this afternoon, and I covered for another volunteer's walk this morning.
Tommorow is a little slower.

I seem to be having abit of a reaction to the first option so im going to ring the drs tomorrow and see if i can use another medication instead. I might need to ride it out for a few days depending on what she says...
