sorry you missed your walk and physio appointment today though, sounds like you needed abit of a rest day today.
i hear ya on the lack of motivation to do those exercises, maybe you could set yourself a goal to do them every second day?

Yeah I might hit bed soon. Just gonna play some more of a city building game on pc while watching a comedy show series. Then hit bed. No gym tomorrow as friend is still at police academy.
