I see, it can certainly make things seem worse, but its a subjective situation that you do have some control over.
Maybe its good to have a holiday from all the meds you have been on. @outlander
in the meantime ... tho its tough ... its worth it.

Oh that sucks @outlander 🙁 I don't think brave means not being scared or anxious. I think it means feeling those things but doing stuff anyway. That's brave to me ❤
Is there something in particular about the appointment that has caused this anxiety? Perhaps identifying what's behind it all could help you work through it. Sometimes I find unpacking anxiety and breaking it down can be helpful.

I guess before while i knew it was coming it wasnt something i needed to worry about that much. It like switch without me having control over it. Now it wont flip back 😞
It is the whole situation. I cant tell my mother (i can tell her abit like getting pcos and endo test but not the rest) but i dont want to go on my own. She will be at work and im not taking pop. Its now like he is still 'with me' not to sure if that makes sense though. The unknown of the appt is affecting me to. Just seems to be the whole thing.

Finally bought some Bed socks. They look great, cant wait to try them tonight.
Thought of you as soon as I saw them. Picked up cards, scarf and spencer. Done with my $2 but worx out more shopping for a few years now.
