I've only ever had two panic attacks (on the same night) and I can still vividly remember how awful they were.

It was pretty awful @Sans911 hopefully they dont pop up to regular occurances like before. Im glad you dont get them (,or not often)
I got to do abit of crochet this morning.havent felt up for it but got another row done.

I haventdone it in ages @Sans911 the last thing i done was the small blanket with the matching cushion cover. I started a big queen size blanket after that but i only done 5 rows and havent done anything since or till i done a little bit tonight. I might look at doing something small to work on-possibly learn to join all the squares i made and turn it into a lap rug.

I started to make a blanket with the looped yarn I have, but I messed it up after a few rows. That was a number of weeks ago, and I've not picked it up since. I think it's still in the car! I'll get back to it again eventually @outlander.

Oh that sounds good sis @Sans911
If your after a pattern.V stitch is heck easy. You can find good youtube clips but i like bella co co the best cause shes slow and explains it properly. Maybe you could give that ago? We could work on something together? (like pick a pattern and wat to make such as a blanket or scarf) and take pics of progress. I done that with Cheerbear to help motivate me.
