Sorry to hear today has been rocky @eth it is hard when we have days like this. Hopefully you can get some sleep tonight.
My day has been ok @outlander it has snowed most of the day today. Does look very pretty outside. Went for a walk today. Helped a little.

Hey @outlander I've tagged you just now in a couple of places where I've talked about what's going on today for me. A whole bunch of not so little things that have added up on me. Not reallly up to typing them all again at the moment. Thanks for asking, it means a lot to me.
Thanks everyone else for the tags and support. Very grateful.
@Sans911 yes it has been good, but due to misinformation a fair chunk of my package went unused and could be cut in the new plan. And the things I need the most (e.g. weekly psychology and a mental health specific driver training program) are the hardest to get. No guarantees. The NDIS planner at the review meeting was very negative to say the least. I felt like I was banging my head on a brick wall with her.

Feeling for you @eth. It’s bad enough feeling like you are scrambling with things undefined (NDIS) without needing to be vigilant about something else ugly lurking too. Sometimes just calling it a day, going to bed and giving way to fatigue is the best thing to do in the moment.
Sounds really pretty @Snowie . I imagined the scrunch of snow underfoot reading that. The air must be bracingly crisp too.
Hearing you @Sans911 and I think I am feeling u settled in a similar way tonight. I just don’t feel co-ordinated. Probably not surprising, when my environment has gone all scatty again, and the uni term hasn’t taken off yet to give me a slipstream to get caught up in. Low motivation is sucky, and feels like a stuckness.
Is there sonething you can distract yourself with ? Is there some sort of nonesense question you have always wondered about that you could look up ? Like how many moons does Jupiter have, and what colour are they if Jupiter is orange ? Or how a cat’s nightvision works ?
I’m not trying to make light of how you are feeling. It’s just that sometimes a strange question like that crosses my mind, and when I need distracting from the way I am feeling is probably the best time to let all that stuff loose.
