Good morning @outlander 😀 Sorry to read you've not been well over the past week. Doesnt help that your GP is also off sick this week. I have an apt with my psych this morning, and find myself getting increasingly anxious about it. Also got car booked in for rego check. Should pass.

I hope your psych is helpful today and it isnt to rough. I just have to get the kids to school but after that ill be around if you need some company for a little while ❤

Thanks so much @outlander , I really appreciate that. And I also appreciate everyone else here too, including @eth @Shaz51 @Sans911 and others. I know I havent been very active over the past week or two. But I've just been feeling so damned flat, and completely lost lately. And not very talkative, which is unlike me. At least in the written sense, as I have never been much of a talker in the vocal sense. In all honesty I dont know where I'd be if I did not have the continuing support from you good people here. So thank you ... all of you.
Its wet here too today. Some intermittent heavy showers. In between those showers, I have been out and fed my budgies in the outdoor aviary. And checked and fed my remaining 2 fish in their garden pond. Did I tell you I lost one of my little comets while I was away? One of the little ones went missing, I suspect the nosey kookaburra got himself a feed during my absence. Its a shame because this little fish was a real little beauty, lovely gold coloured with beautiful long flowing fins and tail. Sigh ... nature is harsh sometimes. As is life.

Do you think taking a little hobby would be helpful in some way?
Oh im sorry about your little fish, naughty kookaburra! there are some really pretty fish out there. We had some fighting fish and they were so pretty. maybe you could buy another fish or to put in your pond?
budgies are quite cute, little chatterboxes they are. we use to give ours little mirrors and they would talk to themselves. so cute to listen to.
