Anniversaries are very hard to cope with sometimes.

ive been trying to distract myself all day. i was on here ealier and been here for a while seeing where i can help others, took kids to the horses and to the shops and done some cleaning up as well as watching a movie thats distracting. i started out ok this morning but since midday its been coming more in full force. @Snowie
